Lou and I have been friends since kindergarten… our birthdays were a week apart and for many years, we celebrated together. His mom made the pizza, we partied in my “rec room” basement. There was high school and all its drama and challenges… bad dates, bad skin, football, cheerleading (go Bearcats!), running for student council on the same Orange party ticket (girls then, only ran for secretary). Then came college, marriage, kids, careers. I moved away from Solvay in 1968, and every visit home since then, has included Twin Trees pizza and getting together with Lou to catch up. I will miss Lou's generous gift to me of his friendship for 70 years. My deepest sympathy to Kathy, Lou’s three daughters and their families. A light is gone for us all. Stephanie (Kishman) Johnson
