We always referred to Louis as “Uncle Lou.” Both my husband and son work for IMS and were very fond of him. They always said he was a kind, warm, funny man. I met Uncle Lou at IMS functions and also experienced his kindness, warmth and sweet smile. His family and friends loved him. He was blessed. We’ll miss him.
