Margaret A. Catalano's Obituary
Margaret A (Slaven) Catalano, 72 of Mattydale passed away Thursday at home surrounded by her loving family. Margaret was a seamstress, and enjoyed sewing all of her life. She also enjoyed arts and crafts and antique cars, and retired from Carrier Corporation.
Margaret was predeceased by her son Jerry Caldwell.
Margaret is survived by her husband, Augustino; her son, Bud Cox of Oklahoma; Several grandchildren and great grandchildren; 3 step children Anne (Donald) Kastler, Salvatore (Debi) Catalano and Joseph Catalano; her brother Gary Long and sister Wanda Chapman both of Oklahoma; her sister in law Dena Keene; many nieces, nephews and cousins, especially Tim (Sheri) Chapman, and her very close special friends David (Claire) Swank.
Funeral services for Margaret will be held Monday April 20, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. in the THOMAS J. PIRRO, JR. FUNERAL HOME, Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. in the St. Margaret’s Church. Burial to follow in Assumption Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home: 3401 Vickery Rd. (corner of Buckley Rd.) N. Syracuse on Sunday between 1:00 and 4:00 P.M.
