Mary Romano, 96, of Solvay, passed away peacefully at home on April 1, 2019. She was born in Syracuse, NY, daughter of the late Joseph and Carmella (Clemente) Romano. She was also predeceased by her siblings, Rose Lombardo, John R Read Obituary
My memory of Mary started in 1956 when she and her family warmly and kindly welcomed my husband, Rev Eugene Palma, me and our two young children as we relocated to the United States from his missionary commitment in Italy. Mary enjoyed speaking to me in Italian when sharing her trip to Italy. Because of our shared commitment to Jesus Christ, I look forward to seeing her in heaven.
