I just read in the paper about Matthew’s death. I am so sorry to hear this. Matthew was my cousin , our dads were brothers . I am just a year older than Matthew. I wish I had gotten to know Matt besides seeing him at a funeral of a Piper. You were blessed to have such a good man fulfill your life. Once again, my deepest sympathies in the passing of your husband, father and grandfather.

Dear Diane, Meghan, Jason, Geoffrey and Sam & Sadie and Piper family,
Sue & I are so tremendously sad with the loss of our brother-in-law Matt. He was always so caring and family was always first said. However, GOD really must have needed a fine all around fixer-upper and took Matt from us. We often discussed how we live our lives is what we will always have.
