Matthew B. Piper's Obituary
Matthew B. Piper, 68, of Liverpool, passed away December 28, 2021. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Raymond and Genevieve (Reschke) Piper. Matthew graduated from Hamburg High School in 1971. He worked for Bristol Meyers Squibb. Matthew enjoyed hunting, golfing, hot rods, and the Buffalo Bills.
In addition to his parents, he is also predeceased by his brother, Christopher Piper. Matthew is survived by his wife of 46 years, Diane (Villone) Piper; three children: Meghan, Jason (Stephanie) and Geoffrey Piper; two grandchildren: Sam and Sadie Piper; siblings: Alex (Anne) Piper, Louise (Gerald) Zelasko, and Stephen J. (Janice) Piper; several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass in celebration of Matthew’s life will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Christ the King Church, 21 Cherry Tree Circle, Liverpool, NY.
