Mattia "Tia" (Falcone) Armstrong, 92, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully at home with her family on Sunday, April 6th. Born in Syracuse , she was the daughter of the late Innocenzia and Rosario Falcone and loving wife of Donald A Read Obituary
It was such a pleasure being her nurse. I remember when she first came into PACE...her living in that cute little apartment that we referred to as a "doll house". She always had a smile and was happy to see us, even when we woke her up. Her loving family was easy to work with as well. My deepest sympathy to all who loved her. Love, Terri Groves, RN

Again we would like to say how sorry we are for the loss of your mother & Lynn so sorry that I'm not there for you. I remember the fun times on Park St. & how she sometimes yelled at us for crazy things we did. I remember when you moved to PA and she was back in her social groove shortly after the moved. She was able to make friends easy and get her card games going. Remember when she use to show up at Lincoln School and they would ask over the pa "Lynn Armstrong your mother wants to know what you did with her (whatever)". Fun Memories. Love you all,

I'm so sorry for the passing of your mom, grandmother, friend, etc. Tia was a great woman! I worked with her at the District Attorney's office many years ago and she was truly the highlight of my day! She was a wonderful woman... may she rest in peace and forever be in your hearts.
