Jenny & Matthew - my Mother (Nora) & I had the pleasure of meeting Minnie during their mutual stay at Iroquois last fall (2019) - they quickly became dining mates and I know that my Mother greatly enjoyed having someone so genuinely kind and intellectual to visit with. As I often 'sat' with my Mom for dinner, I got to know Minnie - and what a pleasure & treat it was! Incredibly intelligent, yet down-to-earth, and such a wonderful sense of humor! She taught me so much in a short time. I am sure from having met both you & Matthew that Minnie's legacy will continue on through both of you, as well as, the rest of your wonderful family. My most sincere condolences for your loss - I know we are never truly 'ready' for it regardless of their age. My sincere condolences Jenny! I loved your Grandma Minnie and we had so much fun on our Alaska trip. I loved the tribute video. I will always cherish those memories and never forget what a spitfire Minnie was staying up later than us partying at the casino and dancing at the clubs lol. She was a true inspiration and joy to be around always. You were the BEST granddaughter in the world and showed her the world. My husband Dave and I watched the beautiful service for our friend, Minnie. She was one of the strongest, most vivacious woman I ever knew. She always met life head on no matter what came her way. I always told her, "Minnie", when I grow up, I want to be just like you." And I meant it.
We both will miss her very much.

We loved Minnie at the gym. We used to call her "Mom", because she was so loving, and so much fun! She did all the exercises with us, and amazed us! She spoke so often of her daughter and granddaughter- she will be greatly missed.

My sympathies to Minnie's family! I met Minnie at Silver Sneakers as we worked out near each other! She truly was an inspiration to us "younger" folk and loved to talk about her family! She loved you all very much! My thoughts and prayers are with you all!

So sorry for your loss. Minnie attended my Silver Sneakers class at Aspen Liverpool. I would always run into her at a store after class. She was an inspiration to all of us.
