Natalina “Natalie” (Locastro) Losurdo, 96, of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at St. Camillus. Everyone referred to her as “Nani”. She was born on Christmas Day in 1923 in Syracuse, NY, daughter of the late Egidio and Read Obituary
Dear Losurdo Family,
I was sorry to read about your dear Mother's passing. She was a wonderful woman, always happy and boy, could she cook! She lived next door to our Dad on Grant Blvd., and would send him all sorts of goodies. She was a loving and caring woman and I will keep you all in my prayers during this very sad and difficult time.

Natalia a beautiful lady always looking so nice dress up with her necklaces. Thank you for letting us care for her, she loved to sing Italian songs with me which brought a smile to her face. She so enjoyed talking about and hearing from her family. Such a dedicated family always there for her and others. May she Rest In Peace, so sorry for your loss, she will be missed. Christina always talked to us about Nani Natalie and how genuinely lovely she was and when we met her for the first time we connected instantly. My family will miss Nani Natalie’s charms, kindness, and especially her natural smile. The Ton Family.
Aunt Nat was not our biological Aunt but she was always our Aunt in our hearts. She always welcomed us and made us feel safe and loved. She was a beacon of shining love. We will miss her. Love to all the family.

I didn’t know Mrs Losurdo very well but the few times we were together she was always happy, funny & a joy to be around. When you first meet her she made you feel welcomed always with a smile on her face. In so many ways, she reminded me of my mom who passed away in 2004.
