There are no words that can truly express the loss of our beautiful Aunt Nellie. She leaves behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and memories that will forever remain in our hearts.
My sisters and I were blessed to spend so much time with Aunt Nellie and Uncle Vince. Some of our happiest memories were made at their home, at our family gatherings, and especially at their camp, where laughter always seemed to come so easily. Those moments are treasures that we will carry with us forever.
One of my most cherished memories is having both Aunt Nellie and Uncle Vince by my side on the day I married my best friend, Gene. Sharing breakfast together the following morning with my parents, our daughter, Aunt Nellie, and Uncle Vince. Having you both there made that special time even more meaningful.
Aunt Nellie and I also shared a love for cavatelli. The last time she and Uncle Vince visited us in Las Vegas, I made a big bowl of cavatelli with meatballs and sausage, and Uncle Vince made my favorite tomato salad. It was a simple meal filled with love, laughter, and family—one I'll never forget.
I may not have spoken to Aunt Nellie and Uncle Vince as often as I should have, but I know in my heart that she knew how deeply I loved her.
Uncle Vince, please know that our door is always open to you. You both have always been, and will always be, such an important part of our lives. The miles between us will never diminish the love we have for you.
Aunt Nellie, I pray you are finally at peace. I can only imagine the joyful reunion as you were welcomed home by so many loved ones—especially Mom and Dad—waiting with open arms.
You will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever in our hearts.
With all our love,
Angela & Gene
