Orlando D. “Ozzie” Azzoto, 95, of Liverpool, passed away Monday, February 29, 2016 at Crouse Hospital. He was born in Syracuse, son of the late Carlo and Clementina (Lombardi) Azzoto. Ozzie served with the U.S. Navy during WWII as
