Palma and I became acquainted in 2020 during the pandemic. Our friendship began with a phone call and during our last meeting, we sang hymns, spoke of Our Lord, Jesus Christ, and how she looked forward to going to her Heavenly home to be reunited with her mother.
The last scripture we discussed were the words of Jesus “In my Father’s house are many rooms. I am going there to prepare a place for you.”
I will miss you, Palma. We found so many connections through our Italian heritage and discovered many mutual friends - but our first and greatest connection was our love of God.
My heart is comforted in knowing that one day I will see Palma again - in her new glorious home!
“Put on the coffee Palma! I’ll bring the donuts.”
What a blessing it was to love you.
Thank you, Marisa, for helping me stay connected to Palma during her final days.
May all of Palma’s family continue to grow in faith and love for one another. This was a deep desire of her heart ♥️.
