Paul G. Cerullo's Obituary
Paul G. “Shorty” Cerullo, 54, of Syracuse, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 24, 2016. He was born in Syracuse and was a self-employed mason who owned and operated Cerullo Masonry. Paul was a member of the John Venditti Post and Solvay Tyrol Club. He loved spending time with his family, especially his wife and children and his greatest joy was playing with his grandchildren, Leah and Marke. Paul enjoyed taking walks, hanging out with his friends and going out to dinner. He had a way of making people laugh; most importantly Paul had a generous heart and would do anything for anyone.
Paul is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Cindy A. (Dudley) Cerullo; his daughter, Sara (Mark) Boronczyk; two sons, Gregory and Salvatore Cerullo; two grandchildren, Leah and Marke; his parents, Salvatore and Antoinetta (Rachetta) Cerullo, Sr., three brothers, Pasquale Cerullo, Gregory (Wendy) Cerullo and Salvatore Cerullo, Jr., two sisters, Maria (Tim) McGrath and Anna Cerullo; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass in celebration of Paul’s life will be held at 9:00 am on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Holy Family Church in Fairmount. There will be no calling hours. THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME is handling funeral arrangements.
