The best of us is gone! His passing is an incalculable loss to all who knew him. Uncle Phil was the greatest single man I've ever known and I'm so thankful I was lucky enough to have been part of his family. He will never be forgotten.

Sue, Tracy And Ben, I'm sorry I missed the calling hours tonight. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Your Dad will always be a part of you. In time, his memories will bring more comfort than sorrow and loss. You gave him a great life! You gave him a grandson! He will live on in all of you.
Terry has fond memories of Phil dating back to the day he arrived home from the war and the day he married Eleanor. He remembers Phil teaching him to drive even before he was 16. As our family grew, we would travel to Syracuse each summer where a visit with Uncle Phil was always a highlight. He was indeed a great guy.

I am sorry to hear of Philip's passing. I groomed Jeter and the dog before him for many years. I always enjoyed his and Eleanor’s company. They would always stay and visit, we had many good chats!

We are so sorry to hear of your dad's/granfather's passing. He was the best neightbor and friend anyone could ask for. We will always have fond memories of Mr. Drew working out in his yard or on his house, and stopping whatever he was doing to say hello. He was a wonderful man and will forever be in our memories.

Uncle Phil as he was known to me, was my surrogate father wnenever we were together during our trips to "grammas". He was both kind and generous with his time and on my 10th birthday he provided me with the most wonderful toy racing boat that i had ever seen. As i grew into adulthood he could always be relied on for a good laugh and a kind word. His only fault was that he was a Yankee fan and we discussed this on many occasions. The problem with being a really terrific person is that when you pass you leave a hole in the hearts of many people and you can count me among them....thanks for being there for me.......
