Raymond C. Huff, Jr.'s Obituary
Raymond Huff, Jr., 72, of Cicero, NY passed away quietly at home on Thursday, March 26, 2020. He was born in Syracuse to the late Raymond and Shirley (Houston). Raymond was a proud Vietnam veteran serving from 1967 to 1970 in the U.S. Army. He participated in Honor Flight 14 in 2019.
Raymond's career was as an investigator for the Syracuse Police Department. During that time, he won several police Olympic medals, including billiards, softball and a gold medal in 1981 for boxing. In retirement he enjoyed officiating professional billiard competitions, also, playing poker and spending time with family and friends.
Raymond is survived by his wife of 50 years, Patti (Leo), and son, Patrick of Las Vegas. He is also survived by brothers, Fay (Bonnie), Donald (Debra); sisters, Beverly Curcio (Ronald), Sherry Getman (Charles) and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Thomas J. Pirro Jr. Funeral Home.
