I was fortunate to get to know Rick when both of us were working at the Syracuse Airport. We always had pleasant interactions, and my most vivid memory of Rick is how he was always very nice to everyone, and very respectful of people and their feelings. I remember Rick as a dedicated worker, and always willing to help anyone out with anything. After we retired, I would see Rick occasionally at Tops in Shop City, and he was always pleasant and upbeat, very much interested in how my grandkids were doing in their various sports activities. Rick was a true gentleman, and I will miss our occasional encounters and conversations. Sincere Condolences to Rick’s family.
