I was so saddened to see Richard's obituary. What a wonderful man he was, even if I was able to know him only for a short time. I knew we'd get along when it was clear to me how much he loved animals, always talking about his buddy Chipper and never minding if he wanted to be a part of our visits. And I can laugh even now about his detailed account of the first time he met your mom. He was such a character and I know he is at peace now and they are together again. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
