The world lost a wonderful lady when we lost Rita. My heart breaks for Nick and family. I will miss sitting with Rita and Nick at the car cruise-ins at Sylvan Beach, and seeing her at the show hotel for the Nationals. I recall all the goodies she used to bake for the car club picnic each year. She was as sweet as the sweets she made. Rest in peace.

Uncle Nick, Anne and Bobby,
Aunt Rita will forever be in my heat! I was in awe of her beauty inside and out. I am blessed to have such beautiful memories. She loved all of you more that you will ever know and there is not doubt that she knew how much she was loved. You now have an amazing Angel up in heaven. May your memories be your blessing and gift! Love, Celeste aka...your flower girl! xoxox

You will always be special in my heart. You have amazing children and they will continue to show you eternal love

Nick, Anne Marie, Bob and family,
I’ve known Rita for more than 50 years and she became like a sister to me. My heart is breaking for all of you because I also feel your pain. Rita was such a sweet, kind, and generous lady who also had a wonderful sense of humor. I’ll always remember her saying,” Nick won’t pick me up unless I look beautiful”. She was a wonderful person inside and out. I will miss her! Prayers to all.🙏🏻
Nick, Anne-Marie & Bobby- I'm so sorry for your loss. She will be missed. I remember her making sauce on Sundays for your family, and then making something different on Monday for herself and Nick, and I'd ask her why she was making something new instead of enjoying the leftovers, as it would be much less work for her, but she would reply that whatever was left of the meal went to her kids, because they would enjoy it and she didn't want them to be without. Praying her journey to heaven is a short one. May she rest in peace.
Growing up next door to Rita was an honor. I will never forget when my dressed up like a hippie and knocked on the door and Rita answered! Her reaction was comical. I still remember her calling Nick, NICK!! She was a great lady. A great cook and baker. Thanks for the Italian cookies Rita! You will be sadly missed. Anne, Bob and Nick, I would like to say that time heals the heart, and it does in time, but not a day goes by that I don’t think about my dad. She will forever be in your heart and she will always be looking down upon you and your family. And if you ever get that little feeling that something was moved, or a butterfly comes and lands on your hand, it’s her. My heart breaks for all of you. I’m here for whatever you need . 😢💔
My deepest sympathy to all.
