Robert E. Audley, of Liverpool, a very kind and gentle man of 87 years, passed away Tuesday. Robert was born in Johnson City, NY and graduated from Johnson City High School. The day following graduation, he joined the U.S. Army, a Read Obituary
Our deepest sympathy to all of the Audleys. Mr. Audley was a wonderful man. Looked forward to visiting with him at family parties. He always had a smile and a kind word and wisdom to share. He surely left a legacy of love and goodness.

Bob worked with us for a time at the Scotsman Press during his "retirement" years -- he was a wonderful gentleman, very warm and sincere. He certainly left an indelible impression on me. My deepest condolences to the Audley Family.

Had the pleasure of working with Bob back in the mid 70's when I was with Lincoln Bank and he with Marine. As I recall those good old days, I remember Bob as such a "gentle-man" and gentleman, who enjoyed injecting a little humor and levity when things would otherwise get overly serious. I was happy to see that he lived a long and full life, in the company of a great and loving family. What else could any of us remaining ask for? God's peace and eternal happiness, Bob.

DeMille all rolled into one, the Uncle who archived the movies and always pushed us to be the best that we could be...It was a burden he didn't have to undertake, but he, and all of you , shared selflessly.
