Dear Mary Ellen …..Only met Rob a few times, but I too am a North Sider, and I enjoyed sharing memories of Park St. locations we both remembered….. Holy Trinity Church, Shankenbergers meatmarket, Reiley’s pub, and many others. Very sorry Mary Ellen. RIP, Rob. Paul Young.

Deepest condolences to Mary and all of Rob's family and friends. I have a lot of great memories of Rob from our study hall table at Henninger (where we met), playing softball and card baseball in our 20s, and time together "back in the day" with friends and teammates. A lefty who at one point in the season hit 8 consecutive line drive base hits over the second baseman's head, Rob was incredibly kind, always polite, unassuming, and a true good sport. May his memory be a blessing to all who love him.
Rob, there are no words to express our sorrow about your passing. You are now in Gods hands which is comforting. These past few years has been rough for you and Mary, you both were meant to be together. Rest in peace my friend.
My prayers of sympathy and love to Mary, Danny and all of Rob's wonderful family. Not only was Rob blessed with his steadfast Faith in God, but the love he had from and for all of you was beyond measure. I am so grateful and humbled to have had him for a friend. He taught me much. He was a true light of hope and inspiration to all who knew him. May he go rest high on that mountain that he so richly deserves and lived for.
