Oct. 16, 2014.....5 months and 3 days since you've passed. Maybe this candle and comment is not available to post anymore. Here's a Pink candle for you mom. I know it was your favorite color. Ironic the color selection for this candle was not "Pink", but "Rose". Yet another sign that you are right by my side and in my heart always. I love you.

I remember Rose fondly when I was growing up. She could always make you laugh. I remember the fun times my Mom had with her. I especially loved her pizza when she had the shop. I am so sorry for your loss.

Elena, Pat, JoAnn, Jim, Chad and family, I am so saddened to hear of your mother's & grandmother's passing. I am even more upset that I was not able to attend the services but please know I am sending my deepest & heartfelt sympathies during this difficult time. JoAnn, Trisha, Elena and Jimmy; I am so sorry for your loss. There just aren't words to express it. I know that you, your children and grandchildren will always feel her presence in your hearts. Knowing that her soul can finally rest in the gentle arms of Jesus is a blessing and hopefully you won't hurt so badly as time goes by. I will never forget her.
When you lose someone as special as mom, you lose a large portion of your heart and soul. The only thing that fills that void are the precious memories that I have of her. I am blessed to have many of those memories and I swell with pride knowing how much others loved her too. I was told once that the hardest thing you will do in life is lose your mother. Very true. If you still have your mom....hang onto her tight and tell her you love her everyday. You will need those times to help carry you through when God calls her home.
