The Piraino Family:

Fondly recall, in 1958 at 12 years old, spending my Saturday afternoon's at the Piraino family's South Side Lanes, located on South Salina Street (near Colvin Avenue). The entire Piraino family was most welcoming to everyone. Also delivered the morning Post-Standard to the lanes every morning. In a way, it was like my home away from home on Saturday afternoons. Remember it all. Quite well. Happy memories.
