Stephen John Mento's Obituary
Stephen J. Mento, 70, passed away Monday at the VA Medical Center in Syracuse. He was born in Syracuse and was a U.S. Army veteran. Stephen was a member of the Mattydale Fire Department, and was very proud of being a volunteer fireman.
He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Mary (Fanto) Mento, and his brother, Frank Mento
Stephen is survived by his children, Rachel Mento and Stephen Mento, Jr.; his grandson, Carter; two brothers, Joe (Lee) Mento and John (Jenny) Mento, along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private.
