My heart goes out to you, Don, Jordan, Jillian and family. Sue was a treasure, a rare find indeed. Knowing her was a gift, whether it was as a teacher, union rep, baseball mom, dance mom, or bowler. Many wonderful memories have been lifting me over the past few days. One of the best was at a bowling banquet - we were in the teachers' bowling league together. Our team had finished in last place, no surprise there. Sue and I and a few others had convinced our friend Reggie White that the last place team had to go and congratulate the first place team captain, EY Gilkey, before the banquet could end. So we sent poor Reggie up to the head table. As soon as he got up there we erupted in laughter. If I'm not mistaken, it was Sue's idea and the rest of us joined in on it. She was always ready for that type of (mis)behavior. God Bless you, my dear. Thank you for so many wonderful memories that will be cherished by us all. I will see you soon.
