Thomas E. Ross, 79, of Liverpool, passed away April 3, 2019 at Upstate University Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Tom was born in Syracuse and graduated from St. John the Evangelist and attended Mohawk Valley Community C Read Obituary

Being your next door neighbor for 50+ years. I will always think back fondly of him. I remember him taking a bunch of us neighborhood kids up to A-Bay when we were 8 or 9 years old, and going out on the boat(it was red if memory serves). That was my 1st time up in the 1000 islands and have been up there many, many times since. Whenever I'm up there, I always give a little nod to him in my head as to thank him for introducing me to such a unique, wonderful place that I have so many great memories of..
He was always a wonderful neighbor and an even better human being.

There are many of us at Niagara Mohawk that remember Tom from his training days. We would travel from all over Upstate NY to Syracuse when we were just starting our careers. Tom was an expert in how to assist customers and his words of wisdom were greatly appreciated.

One could say that an individual spends almost an equal amount of time with co-workers than one's family during their career.I was most privileged to travel with and work side by side with Tom. Saw Toms passing in paper today I'm so sorry I remember well how you two met in mail rm at Niagara Mohawk Love ar first sight. I know you'll miss hm terribly. Just wanted you to know thinking and praying for you . He was a great guy John remembers him to.
