Thomas A. "Tony" Tassone, 34, of Brewerton, passed away after a yearlong illness on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Syracuse and graduated from Paul V. Moore High School in Cent Read Obituary

Dear Theresa and family,
We were very saddened to hear of Thomas death. I have been praying for him for the last year ever since I learned of his diagnosis of cancer.
