In my role in Board leadership, I worked with Tim from the time he was hired until 2019. He was a consummate professional. So many depended on his calm manner, his wisdom, his creativity and his business acumen. His compassion for everyone was limitless, especially when it came to the kids. He truly was the heartbeat of the District Office and I know he will be missed. I will fondly remember his infectious laugh!

We are so sad for you, Patti, and your very special family at the sudden loss of Tim. Phil and Jodi shared many stories of their love and friendship with Tim and you. We always enjoyed talking to Tim's mom and sister, Cheryl. The love you have for each other will help you through the pain, but Tim's loss will always leave a hole where Tim should be.

I was devastated to hear the news of Tim's passing. I have had the privilege of working with Tim for over 15 years. He was an incredible professional with a brilliant mind and a talent for communicating. He was so kind to me throughout my career and I will be forever grateful for his help and for the trust he had in me. I would always enjoy any time I got to see Mr. Decker. He was so cheerful at the rinks and so supportive of all of us. He was one of the parents that made the games and the trips so enjoyable. Sending all my love to the entire family 💜
