Vera E. Grillo, 90, of Syracuse, passed away at home on Tuesday, March 5, 2013. She was born in Syracuse, the daughter of the late Peter and Mary (DeYulio) Grillo. Vera was employed with Syracuse City Hall for many years, retiring Read Obituary
I was very saddened to hear of Miss Vera's passing. (I'm from the South and always called her "Miss Vera".) We here at White Branch Library have had the pleasure of serving her over the years. I always loved to see her coming. Something about her just made you feel good. Her sweetness and smile always touched my heart. My condolences to her family and friends. She will always be remembered.

To Vera family she was the nice lady I last saw here in church on 2/22/2013 a mass for my dad was being said .I know her from Joe DeYullio I you to see her at his house with her very nice mother Mary at uncle NIck and aunt Angie that's what I called them god bless she was always with her mom what a great daughter she was and a great person god bless her in heavenmy prayers are with you all I just lost my mom a few months ago Kate Nappi so sorry .
