Vincent J. “Vince” Palerino, 72, of Syracuse, passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Thursday, August 14, 2014. He was born in Syracuse and was a graduate of Solvay High School and Indiana University. Vince retired from the Villa Read Obituary
