The amount of grief we experience at someone's passing is an indication of how much they added to our lives. There is a mountain of grief after Ginzie's passing. She was such a wonderful example of kindness, love, joy, and humor. Truly, she was the ultimate example of a good mother, and I enjoyed the time I spent with her when I was a teenager. The last time I saw her, we had breakfast and relived fond memories. I'm so glad I had that time! She raised a wonderful family, was a true practitioner of her faith, and remained amazingly active and involved. As she advanced in age, Ginzie blossomed and became even more beautiful and happy -- a true angel on Earth. The void she leaves will never be filled. That's how much she meant to those who knew her.
