William "Bill/Billy" Chrysler's Obituary
William Chrysler, 80, passed away on December 26, 2020 at Crouse Hospital. He was born in Syracuse to the late Arthur and Alena (Hall) Chrysler. Bill held many different manager positions at General Motors before his retirement in 1993 after 30 dedicated years of service. He also served in the U.S. Army.
In addition to his parents, Bill is predeceased by his siblings, Robert, Albert, Arthur and Joan.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Louise (Sansone) Chrysler; children, Judy (Jeff) Runfola and Heather (Jeff) Berthoff; grandchildren, Ryan and Sarah Runfola and Mia and Jake Berthoff; siblings, Betty (Vince) Tassone, Carl, Donald (Nancy) and Kenneth (Roger) Chrysler; along with several nieces, nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 11 am – 1 pm followed by funeral service in celebration of Bill’s life at 1 pm at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Road (corner of Buckley Road) North Syracuse. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
