So very sad to see this. Bill was such a good man and through all the years that I knew him, he was always kind and understanding. For the years I worked with him at T/Onondaga court, he always embraced fairness and exemplified what a true Judge is. He will be greatly missed. I regret that I cannot attend the services but certainly want to share my condolences of such an outstanding person. Through all of his years of service to his community Bill was always held in the highest regard by everyone in law enforcement. His character and integrity made him the ideal judge. He was likable, personable
and enjoyable to be with. He will be remembered for his friendship, cooperation and guidance. May all the wonderful memories comfort his family during this time of grief and sadness.

I first fell in love with my little cousin , Billy when he was about 4 or 5 ,as I watched him running full speed thru our gram's kitchen ; his little legs spinning cartoon like , as he was trying to catch up to the gang . He was just so cute ! My Gram's arm reached out to grab him , but he got away. In her crackling signature laugh she said he was so fast , it was like trying to catch a flee .
Godspeed , dearest cousin ! [ I wouldn't be surprised if you get to the gates before they even know you're coming . ]

I had the pleasure of knowing Bill as we grew up in Sedgwick then through the years in theclaw. He was a good man and exceptional lawyer. Prayers and thoughts to the Rose family.
To Bill's Family,
I met Bill many years ago when I worked for a law firm. We were both young and just starting out. He was always kind, fun, and caring. I haven't seen him in many years, but that picture is exactly how I remember him. I am so sad to know that he is no longer in this world. I am sure that the angels welcomed him into Heaven with open arms! My most sincere condolences to all of you.
